UNIQLO is opening a new Washington, DC location and seeks a Visual Supervisor to lead store-wide visual and merchandising efforts in line with brand standards. You will adapt corporate visual direction to store needs and inventory, driving sales through strategic placement.

Responsibilities include training staff to uphold brand standards, executing seasonal presentations, monitoring sell-through, and partnering with management to ensure displays meet guidelines and maximize store performance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years retail visual merchandising or display experience.

Responsabilidades

• Train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Execute new item deliveries to ensure they are quickly placed and all garments are represented on the floor with proper signage.
• Prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and manage new visual merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Partner with store management on visual merchandising decisions to drive sell-through and maximize the business.
• Ensure lighting and signage meet company standards to highlight merchandise.
