Job summary

Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. is hiring a Visual Merchandising Supervisor for our New York store. You will oversee brand standards and merchandise presentation, adapting visual direction to store needs and inventory levels to drive sales and profitability.

You will train staff, manage deliveries, and support seasonal displays while maintaining brand integrity and following UNIQLO service principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years Retail Visual Merchandising or Display experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Execute new item deliveries to ensure quick placement and full size representation with proper signage.
• Prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and manage new visual merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Partner with store management on visual merchandising decisions impacting workload and sales.
• Ensure lighting and signage meet company standards to highlight merchandise and displays.
