Job summary

UNIQLO is opening a new Miami location and seeks a Visual Merchandising Associate to maintain brand-aligned visual displays and drive sales through strategic merchandise placement. Reporting to the Visual Manager, you will adapt corporate guidelines to store needs and inventory levels while creating compelling displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail visual merchandising or display (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to create compelling visual presentations per brand standards.
• Ability to style mannequins creatively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the floor with full size runs and proper signage.
• Prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and new visual merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Create visually appealing displays to drive sales and respond to business needs.
• Follow styling directives to create on-trend displays.
• Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise per company standards.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers.
