Job summary

UNIQLO visuals and Fast Retailing present an in-store Visual Associate role in the United States. You will uphold brand guidelines, arrange compelling displays, and ensure correct signage and stock levels to maximize sales. You will collaborate with store teams to implement seasonal presentations and monitor performance using sales data.

You will guide customers with product knowledge, support management, and contribute to a cohesive shopping experience aligned with UNIQLO service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the floor with proper signage.
• Prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations.
• Monitor sell‑through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Create visually appealing displays to drive sell through and respond to business needs.
• Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise per company standard.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers.
