UNIQLO USA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor with 3–4 years of retail VMD experience to lead in-store displays and seasonal presentations. This role requires strong brand-direction skills, budget-conscious planning, and collaboration with HQ on merchandising initiatives.

You will train teams, ensure high-quality visuals, and work closely with store leadership to maximize sales and maintain brand integrity across multiple departments in a high-volume store environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years retail visual merchandising or display experience.
• High-volume store environment experience.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and HQ visual direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train and develop a team.

Responsabilités

• Create, order, train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Plan and execute new item deliveries with proper signage.
• Collaborate with corporate on seasonal merchandising presentations and displays.
• Monitor layouts with monthly planning with Store Managers/GM for layout & in-store presentation.
• Ensure displays align with brand standards and drive sell-through.
