Parsons is seeking a DC Office Operations Manager/Senior Program Director, Transportation Engineering to lead the Transportation Engineering team in the DC area. You will guide project delivery, staff recruitment, and client engagement while balancing operational management, business development, and project execution.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor teams across multiple offices.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Safety policies and training.
• Guide and oversee the preparation of proposals and client presentations for pursuits.
• Win and manage complex civil and structural projects aligned with area strategy.
• Implement quality policies and procedures and pursue continuous improvement through innovation and creative thinking.
• Manage and direct every phase of significant projects or programs to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and productive work relationships with all employees, clients, and stakeholders.
• Work with the Technical Organization leaders to properly staff projects for success.
• Complete project reviews in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure that accurate business reports are prepared as scheduled.
• Drive a High-Performance Culture: Recruit, develop, and retain top industry talent.
• Drive collaborative behavior with other offices and teams.
• Regularly appraise management team including compensation changes as appropriate.
