Job summary

Broan-NuTone Distribution Center in Wisconsin seeks a Training & Workforce Coordination professional to develop and deliver DC training, manage PIV operations, and coordinate daily workload priorities.

You will lead Train-the-Trainer programs, maintain training materials, monitor WMS processes, and partner with EH&S to ensure safety. This role supports on-site teams across shifts to meet shipping deadlines and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for Distribution Center employees on PIV operation
• Distribute training on distribution processes: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading
• Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery across shifts
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and training software
• Maintain training processes for all PIV equipment and DC functions
• Partner with EH&S to develop safe equipment training programs
• Establish and execute training plans for all DC employees
• Audit trainers and employees for training effectiveness and procedures
• Schedule refresher training and track progress to supervisors
• Maintain training area cleanliness and readiness
• Provide coaching to employees, team leads and supervisors
• Utilize WMS to monitor workload and priorities across the DC
• Create and manage work assignments and order waves per guidelines and ship dates
• Set daily workload priorities to meet service and productivity goals
• Coordinate work allocation to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor progress and adjust priorities to meet deadlines
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with leadership to resolve them
• Troubleshoot WMS-related issues affecting workflow
• Provide visibility into workload status and resource needs to supervisors
