Job summary

Mattel is seeking a DTC Trainer to direct and facilitate training for employees, including new hires and those needing recertification, in our distribution center. The role requires clear communication of Mattel values, procedures, product handling techniques, documentation standards, and safety guidelines.

You will track progress, recommend improvements, and ensure policy conformance while collaborating with DC leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs and facilitates training for employees including new hires and those needing recertification.
• Communicates with trainees on Mattel values, procedures, product handling, documentation, customer service, and safety.
• Tracks learning progress and makes recommendations to improve performance; checks accuracy, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Collaborates with leads, supervisors, HR and Operations to evaluate DC training programs.
• Advises supervisor on progress and readiness for advancement and hire.
• Occasional formal classroom and small group floor training.
• Ensures safety and security policies are followed.
• May perform warehouse technician duties as needed.
