Responsibilities

  • Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.
  • Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling.
  • Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements.
  • Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems.
  • Conduct visual inspections and basic diagnostics to identify potential hardware or connectivity issues.
  • Work within rotating shifts or hold on-call responsibilities to support 24/4 operations.
  • Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with customers, vendors, partner teams, and internal stakeholders.

The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware fleet operations, providing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions and services for AI workloads.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
