Covetrus is seeking a DC Team Lead in Colonial Heights, VA to guide the outbound team in order preparation, packing, and shipping. You will ensure cut-off times are met and compliance with DOT regulations for hazardous materials, while maintaining a safe, efficient distribution center.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with experience in warehouse distribution and data entry.

Our Colonial Heights, VA location is seeking a DC Team Lead responsible for fulfilling and shipping customer orders within a distribution center environment. The DC Team Lead- Outbound also, in conjunction with the Outbound Manager, leads and motivates the team to ensure they are meeting customer and company requirements.

Must be flexible to work mandatory overtime hours as needed to ensure timely customer delivery. Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50-70 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift and complete tasks that include bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Ability to engage in overnight travel, if necessary (<5%).
