Covetrus, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager/Supply Chain Manager to lead inbound logistics and inventory control in our distribution center.
You will oversee receiving, put-away, cycle counting, shrink reduction, and non-saleable inventory, while ensuring compliance and efficiency to support service levels and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and a background in DC operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading inbound logistics and inventory control activities within the distribution center. This role manages frontline associates and oversees receiving, put-away, cycle counting, shrink reduction, and non-saleable inventory. The Supply Chain Manager ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency to support customer service, financial performance, and regulatory requirements.

Reports directly to Distribution Center (DC) Manager. Direct peer to Outbound Manager. Hours for this position are Mon-Fri, day shift, with occasional requirement to work additional hours as dictated by business needs. This position is a full-time, exempt position and is 100% on-site.

Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50-70 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift and complete tasks that include bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Ability to engage in overnight travel, if necessary (<5%). May require occasionally working in a cooler environment of 35°- 46° F.
