• Master’s Degree in Social Work Certified or eligible for certification in Washington DC at the LISW, or LICSW level
• Hold or be eligible for a Social Worker certificate in Maryland and/or Washington DC (Can be applied for post-hire)
• Certified or eligible for certification in crisis management.
• Certified or eligible for certification in CPR/First Aide
• Passion for working with children with diverse abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
