Job summary

McCall Farms is seeking a Supervisor I for DC Shipping to oversee a team of hourly associates on the 2nd shift, ensuring accurate picking, staging, and loading of customer orders while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role requires strong supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills within a GMP environment.

You will monitor daily activities, review transactions for accuracy, and participate in monthly safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a Manufacturing/Distribution environment with Supervisor experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays and Sundays, Night or Day.
• Strong investigative, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates at varying job levels.
• Review picking and loading transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; enforce GMP and safety policies.
• Lead safety trainings and ensure PPE compliance.
• Support continuous improvement projects and cost-reduction efforts.
• Coach, assess, and develop subordinate staff.
