Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
• Understand, implement and support the daily plan.
• Lead or assist pre-shift meetings.
• Assign and delegate work to complete tasks.
• Provide PPE, equipment and tools as needed.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and follow up.
• Serve as backup to the Operations Manager during absences.
• Collect and communicate performance data.
• Investigate/sign off on exceptions to picking.
• Approve time cards.
• Generate shift reports.
• Recognize excellence in performance.
• Conduct process walks.
• Schedule put-away of returns/materials.
• Verify picking accuracy of material handlers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations/Site Manager.
