MFS seeks a Senior Regional Consultant - DC to drive sales of investment products through financial intermediaries across Broker-Dealer, Regional, Independent and Bank channels. You will lead meetings, develop strategies, and act as the relationship and subject matter expert.

The role requires 8–12+ years of experience, FINRA licensing, and extensive travel. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to succeed in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, selling, and presentation skills.
• In-depth product and ERISA industry knowledge.
• Ability to meet extensive travel requirements.
• Proficiency in local language preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conducts sales meetings with financial intermediaries to promote MFS products and services.
• Develops and implements sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Serve as single point of contact and subject matter expert to clients.
• Manage and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
• Develops and implements relationship strategies with clients.
• Collaborates with Sales team and Marketing to develop and monitor the business plan.
