Job summary

MFS is seeking a Senior Regional Consultant - DC to drive sales of investment products through financial intermediaries across Broker-Dealer, Regional, Independent and Bank channels. You will develop strategies, lead meetings, and act as a subject matter expert to grow assets and client relationships.

The role requires 8–12+ years of experience, FINRA licensing, and willingness to travel. A BS degree or equivalent is expected, with a hybrid work environment at MFS.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA products and industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell MFS Investment products and services through financial intermediaries to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and priorities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for clients.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
• Build relationships with regional dealers and top-tier firms to grow assets and client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the wholesaler business plan.
