Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to drive process improvements in distribution centers, performing time studies, data analyses and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. You will support capacity planning and develop reports to guide enhancements, working with multiple levels of leadership.

Typical travel of 20–50% is required as you engage with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and implement Kaizen-style changes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCad.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and related supply chain analyses to improve efficiency.
• Identify logistics process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop reports, run ad hoc queries, and standard operating procedures for process changes.
• Provide facility and capacity planning support for distribution and transportation.
