One Medical is redefining primary care with in-office and 24/7 virtual services. We seek a clinician based in DC who will manage patient panels, provide in-person and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing rounds and team collaboration to deliver high-quality, accessible care.

You will work with a diverse patient population, supervise clinicians, and pursue additional state licensure for virtual care across states. Competitive salary and robust benefits accompany this role.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Aufgaben

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and credentialing for new states.
