Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Service Operations in Dallas, TX to lead the service team, ensure safety and competency, and oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mission critical power.

You will drive on-site execution, plan work, and coordinate with managers to deliver high-quality facilities services. You’ll travel 50%–75% to sites, manage staff, review timesheets, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, while fostering a strong safety culture and efficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with ability to train and motivate team.
• Understand electrical one-lines, manuals and procedures.
• Experience writing pre-job briefs, procedures and technical reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong customer relations.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and safety oversight for the service team.
• Travel to customer sites to manage DC Power installations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DC Power issues.
• Plan materials, coordinate with Project/Contract manager on issues.
• Review weekly timesheets and ensure staffing and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Site walks and estimating potential new work.
