Job summary

CPG is seeking a UPS Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead a mission critical mechanical services team. The role focuses on safe, efficient installation, service, maintenance, and operation of UPS systems supporting data center environments.

As technical leader, you will guide field teams, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with Project and Contract Managers. Travel up to 50% is required, and you will mentor technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of large commercial UPS service experience.
• 8 years preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience with DDC, pneumatic, and Variable Frequency Drive controls.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with Project or Contract Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead UPS technicians and develop team competency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on UPS systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for labor, materials, and scheduling.
• Travel to customer sites to manage service and installation.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
