Job summary

Boston Proper is seeking a Distribution Center Manager for the Mexico, Missouri Distribution Center. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure outstanding service while managing inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory control.

The role requires a proven leadership track record, strong financial acumen, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive distribution center leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-functional teams and hourly workforces.
• Experience with inventory accuracy, labor planning, and customer service performance.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center and ensure operational excellence.
• Implement strategic initiatives with corporate leadership and drive KPI attainment.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team and ensure succession planning.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and safety programs.
• Manage budgets, labor resources, and performance reporting to leadership.
