Job summary

Boston Proper is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor – Outbound & Inventory Control to lead the Outbound and Inventory Control teams through daily operations. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, productivity, safety, and a strong team culture aligned with company values.

This position sets productivity standards, monitors KPIs, manages staffing, coaches leads and associates, and partners with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in distribution center, warehouse, or operations.
• 1+ years leading teams and coaching associates.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound and inventory control teams to meet daily targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle count programs.
• Set productivity standards and monitor KPIs for DC operations.
• Coach and develop leads and warehouse staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service and HQ.
