Job summary

Boston Proper seeks a Distribution Center Manager in Missouri to lead the Mexico, MO distribution center operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and safety compliance. This role partners with corporate leadership to execute strategy and ensure exceptional service and inventory integrity.

The right candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage a large hourly workforce, and align resources with business demands while delivering strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with preference for supply chain/operations management.
• 5+ years progressive distribution center leadership experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple supervisors and large hourly workforces.
• Experience leading multi-functional distribution center operations and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Made4Net preferred) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory control.
• Drive KPIs: productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and labor efficiency.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team; manage recruitment and succession planning.
• Lead safety, compliance with OSHA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Customer Service, HR, and Technology to meet company objectives.
