Job summary

Carter's Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Braselton, GA to support general distribution center tasks such as pick/pack, material handling, and training on SOPs. You will assist in cross-training and uphold safety and quality standards across shifts.

The role requires ability to use RF scanners and warehouse systems, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1+ year distribution center experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Expert-level subject matter knowledge of home department processes and procedures.
• Basic working knowledge of computers, RF Scanners and Warehouse Management systems.
• Proven team member with skills to multi-task.
• Proficient reading, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must follow Carter’s attendance policy and SOPs.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Distribution Center work (pick, pack, material handling, induction, IBIOB).
• Provide floor training and education on SOPs and Labor Management Standards.
• Answer questions from coworkers in the home department about job duties.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in work performance.
• Be flexible with schedule and able to work off regular shift.
• Operate RF equipment, voice-picking, pick-to-light and WMS systems.
• Use basic computer functions as needed.
• Comply with all Carter’s safety rules and procedures.
