Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of home department processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor training on SOPs and Labor Management Standards to new and cross-trained associates.
• Answer questions and ensure accuracy and safety in the distribution center.
• Maintain flexibility to work across shifts and channels within the DC.
