Jenni Kayne is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee vendor compliance, import operations, inbound logistics, and distribution center processes at our primary DC in North Las Vegas. You will drive end-to-end execution, ensure inventory accuracy and costing integrity, and maintain strong controls to optimize product flow from vendor to customer.

The Sr. Director of DC Operations & Vendor Compliance will lead cross-functional teams, shape governance, and deliver operational excellence

Competenze

10+ years of progressive leadership across DC operations, vendor compliance, imports, glob al logistics, and/or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of customs compliance, HTS classification, and the operational processes required to support a high-volume distribution environment.
Proven track record improving operational performance across warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, inventory accuracy, and supply chain execution.
Travel to corporate and LA Distribution Center as needed.

Mansioni

Lead inbound and outbound operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and costing integrity.
Drive DC processes across receiving, put-away, replenishment, and fulfillment.
Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting for visibility.
