Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor for the Oklahoma City RDC. You will oversee a team of up to 13 associates, including drivers and warehouse staff, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, order processing, and on-time deliveries.

You will manage customer service in OK/MO/KS and enforce safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, and operational standards while fostering strong team relationships and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead/supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks.
• Must have good computer skills including Excel, Word; familiarity with order management systems and POS tech is preferred.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct up to 13 associates total, including drivers and warehouse/office staff.
• Service Shaw customers in designated markets (OK, MO, KS).
• Ensure a safe work environment and DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Maintain positive working relationships; conduct regular associate meetings on safety, quality, and policy.
