Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager for the Denver, CO facility. You will own the associate and customer experience, oversee receiving, storage, order processing, shipping and delivery, and work with Sales to meet customer demands.

The role manages 25 associates (10 drivers, 15 office/warehouse staff) and requires DOT/OSHA compliance, strong communication skills, and a results‑driven mindset. Travel to regional warehouses is expected.

Qualifications

Four-year degree and 5+ years of extensive management experience.
Experience with large, diverse organizations preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel to regional warehouses across the country.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, storing, order processing, shipping and delivery for the Denver facility.
Lead 25 associates including 10 drivers and 15 office staff.
Collaborate with Sales and partners to meet customer demands.
Maintain safety with DOT and OSHA compliance.
Communicate facility performance to Directors of Regional Operations.
Drive continuous process improvement and transportation efficiency.
