Job summary

Zebra's Kenosha distribution center seeks a Supervisor Operations - Picking to lead day-to-day picking activities, coach up to 35 staff, and drive KPIs across safety, quality and productivity.

You will partner with shifts and functions, analyze data, prepare leadership reports, and support a culture of belonging, continuous improvement, and performance at Zebra’s fast-paced facility in Kenosha.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and coach teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines.
• Experience with data analysis and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise up to 35 employees and/or contract workers.
• Assign daily work and monitor progress to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with peers across shifts to optimize site performance.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and promotions as appropriate.
• Partner with HR on personnel actions (promotions, transfers, discipline).
• Prepare reports with performance improvement proposals for leadership.
