As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health’s Indianapolis Distribution Center. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center. Additionally, you will be responsible for order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders. You are also responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
Candidates for this position must be available to work second shift hours Monday-Friday, with additional flexibility during peak seasons and periodic weekends. Subject to change. Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working hours, during initial training period.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
