Job summary

Sephora in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a DC Specialist to support waveplanning, scheduling, ordering, auditing, and reporting for the Distribution Center. This role requires thorough knowledge of unit operations and strong attention to detail.

You will train floor teams, respond to leadership direction, and ensure safety and loss-prevention standards are met while delivering excellent internal and external service. A HS diploma is required and prior DC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• WMS experience or ability to learn system.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail–oriented.
• Effective communication with associates and vendors at multiple levels.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
• Proactive to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership and management staff.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedule including overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
