Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a DC Specialist at our Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role focuses on waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, audits, and reporting, with emphasis on understanding department operations and maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, training staff, responding to leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong knowledge of WMS and MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities
