Job summary

Sephora is seeking a DC Specialist at our Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. You will perform operational office and clerical duties, wave planning, order tracking, and reporting to support department efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have DC/warehouse experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and attention to detail. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible hours to meet shipping demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Distribution center/warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiar with WMS or ability to learn systems.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in departmental procedures.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership and management.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and work overtime as needed.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
