You will supervise onboarding, training, safety programs, and performance coaching; partner with Loss Prevention and HR to address issues; foster a positive culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and WMS applications.
• Experience with labor management systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving and change management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including all days and shifts in support of business needs or special projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute plans aligning with operational objectives.
• Ensure SOPs and guidelines are followed for compliance.
• Identify and resolve production and communication issues quickly.
• Implement processes for accurate inventory processing and on-time delivery.
• Interviewing, onboarding, and training of team members.
