Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of the distribution center.
• Contribute to meeting overall financial objectives of the distribution center.
• Create and foster an environment of trust, open communication, and cohesive teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, policies, and procedures.
