You will own the operation, schedule shifts, train and motivate the team, manage dock activities, and ensure OSHA/DOT standards are met while maintaining cost efficiency and asset

Qualifications

• Own the operation and keep it running smoothly.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet business needs.
• Experience with warehouse leadership and safety compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 50,000 sq ft distribution center.
• Supervise 10–15 staff, including shifts and scheduling.
• Direct dock operations, inventory accuracy, and manifests.
• Coordinate with Corporate HQ and Frederick, MD for process alignment.
• Develop safety protocols and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
