Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Bloomfield, CT is looking for a Distribution Center/Warehouse Manager to own and drive a 50,000 sq ft operation with 20 hours daily coverage. You will lead ~2 supervisors and 10–15 associates, oversee shipping/receiving, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and experience with RF guns and inventory systems; Spanish is a plus. Expect on-site work and some extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years warehouse/distribution management experience preferred.
• Fluent English required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the 20 hour/day, 6 day/week operation of a 50,000 sq ft warehouse.
• Lead ~2 Supervisors and 10–15 associates; supervise seasonal staff.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, dock operations, and outbound loads.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, downtime reduction, and safe operations under DOT/OSHA.
