Job summary

Mattress Warehouse Corporate is seeking a Distribution Center/Warehouse Manager in Bloomfield, CT. You will lead a ~50,000 sq ft facility with 10–15 associates across two shifts, ensuring safe, accurate and cost-efficient operations.

You will manage dock operations, inventory, and outbound logistics while coordinating with main warehouse in Frederick, MD. Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook; RF guns and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the 2-shift operation with 10–15 associates.
• Lead 50,000 sq ft warehouse; ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Direct dock operations, inventory control, and outbound manifests.
• Supervise, train and evaluate all associates; schedule shifts.
