Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Broad Street Campus in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will lead daily distribution center operations, coach front-line associates, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet performance and safety standards.

The role emphasizes creating a positive, engaging work environment, driving results, and implementing cost-saving and process improvements across the logistics network. Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
• Ability to influence associates at varying levels of responsibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the distribution center department on the floor.
• Drive departmental objectives and implement plans to achieve results on time.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with brand, cross-functional partners and logistics teams.
• Coach and develop top talent with timely, specific feedback and recognition.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Support safety and regulatory performance in partnership with EH&S coordinators.
