A strong communicator with math and PC skills is essential to drive performance and maintain culture. You should have 4–6 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma; college is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 20+ associates and daily workflow.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations.
• High school graduate; college preferred or equivalent work history.
• Strong math, computer and everyday analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department day-to-day operations, planning, flow and resource allocation.
• Develop and motivate associates; sustain morale and company culture.
• Build relationships with business partners and management teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure efficient operations and problem-solving.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met.
