Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks a DC Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and production operations at the Spindale, NC facility. You will oversee 25+ direct reports, ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

The role requires a 3+ year supervisory background in warehousing or manufacturing, strong data skills, and a commitment to Watts’ Lean and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Understanding of supply chain, sales, and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse layouts and storage areas based on turnover, size and weight.
• Oversee production and warehouse efficiency to meet daily schedules.
• Train and direct staff; apply coaching or corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed to improve throughput.
• Drive safety compliance and corrective action for line-down incidents.
• Collaborate with production scheduler to meet OTIF targets.
• Manage key performance metrics and visual boards for production control.
• Cross-train staff for interchangeable roles across areas.
