Mattress Firm is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily distribution center operations, supervise the DC team, and help meet financial objectives. You will enforce safety policies and ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and functional.

Lead regular team meetings, onboard new staff, implement performance improvement plans, and coordinate with leadership to deliver world-class service to customers and maintain brand standards.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ Years related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of the distribution center.
• Contribute to meeting overall financial objectives of the distribution center.
• Communicate with team members through regular and frequent meetings.
• Conduct required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
