Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily distribution center operations and supervise a team of associates. You will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and on-time product handling, while enforcing safety policies and performance standards.

You will partner with leadership to achieve budget targets and deliver world-class service to internal and external customers across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distribution center teams and operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Focus on safety, accuracy, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of the distribution center.
• Contribute to meeting overall financial objectives of the distribution center compared to budget.
