Job summary

The Home Depot in Oklahoma is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse functions and drive efficiency, safety and cost-to-serve improvements. You will supervise supervisors and hourly associates, partner with the GM/AGM, and ensure optimal warehouse layout and processes to support stores and customers.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic problem-solving, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced DC environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
• 2 years minimum work experience.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with change management.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in warehouse areas, safe, efficient processing and proper layout.
• Assist in evaluating work methods, procedures, controls and staffing for accurate movement of product.
• Support DC financial, operational, people and process objectives to drive efficiency and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Coach, train and develop Associates; maintain a union-free environment.
• Maintain a culture of safety by following policies and monitoring safety metrics.
• Coordinate with GM on 3PL/transportation performance and outbound loads.
