Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead cross-functional teams of non-exempt associates, driving process improvements, and delivering operational and financial excellence across retail, e-commerce, and service functions. You will influence across levels of the organization to exceed performance targets.

The role focuses on implementing upgrades, optimizing labor and inventory, and partnering with leadership to roll out new initiatives.

Qualifications

• The ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse goals and responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, to include trouble-shooting, prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Nimbleness with the innovation to apply process improvement initiatives.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, WMS Application).
