Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Distribution Center Advisor to lead day-to-day operations for a department within the Distribution Center. You will supervise up to 30 direct reports, optimize staffing, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will coach employees, monitor labor costs, and collaborate with DC Managers to implement improvements and address operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in distribution center/warehouse.
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and stackers.
• Willing to work various shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a department within a DC.
• Direct and motivate up to 30 direct reports to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor labor costs and payroll to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide coaching to optimize performance and reduce costs.
