Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Distribution Center Advisor to lead day-to-day operations for a department within the AutoZone Distribution Center. You will guide a team, monitor costs, coach performance, and drive continuous improvements to boost safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Strong leadership, good communication in English and Spanish, and 1–2 years of warehouse experience are preferred for success in a fast-paced facility in Tolleson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of distribution center/warehouse experience.
• PIE Operation: experience with forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, stackers.
• Flexible schedule with various shift availability.
• Fast-paced environment understanding and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate a team to meet productivity and operational goals.
• Monitor labor costs and daily payroll for policy compliance.
• Provide coaching to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Oversee processes and implement continuous improvement for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage daily shift schedules to ensure staffing and execution.
• Collaborate with DC Operations Managers to meet objectives.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on challenges and improvements.
