Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at the Topeka distribution center. You will oversee receiving and storage of finished goods, coordinate carrier deliveries, and assist with loading trucks.

Strong leadership and safety practices are essential in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires forklift experience, 3+ years in warehousing, and good communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Must perform basic math.
• Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience supervising other employees preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.
• Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
• Assists shipping employees with the loading of trucks as needed.
• Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
