Job summary

Neko Health is seeking an experienced Clinic Area Lead in Washington, DC to drive the local execution of our global operating model across a growing clinic portfolio. You will lead clinic leaders, embed standards, and ensure high-quality member experiences from day one.

You will partner with central teams and the Medical Excellence group to maintain quality, compliance, and scalable growth while owning regional KPIs and P&L impact.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environment.
• Ability to be based in Washington, DC with local travel.
• Proven track record embedding operating models, standards, and playbooks across locations.
• Strong leadership of clinic-level/site-level leaders with culture and accountability.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality, compliance, and inspections.
• Financial acumen with ownership of regional KPIs, budgets, and P&L.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix org.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Bring Neko Health’s operating model to life across DC clinics with strong leadership and consistent execution.
• Lead local adoption of playbooks and standards, tailoring to regulations and team dynamics.
• Build clinic leadership capability and translate standards into practice with accountability.
• Operationalise readiness for new clinic openings with clear go-live ownership.
• Establish performance rhythms to monitor metrics and surface issues early.
• Collaborate with Country Leader and central teams to implement the global model locally.
• Ensure premium member experiences aligned with service standards and brand promise.
