Job summary

Neko Health AB seeks a Clinic Area Lead in Washington, DC to drive the regional operating model and ensure high-quality member experiences across clinics. This leader will translate global standards into local practice, coach clinic leads, and oversee readiness for new openings with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Country Leader, US, you will own end-to-end regional performance, including KPIs, and build scalable, compliant processes as the DC portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environment.
• Ability to be based in or travel to Washington, DC.
• Experience embedding operating models and playbooks across locations.
• Proven track record of leading clinic- or site-level leaders.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with quality/compliance focus.
• Financial and operational accountability in scaling contexts.

Responsibilities

• Embed operating model across DC clinics with consistent execution.
• Lead local adoption of playbooks tailored to regulations and teams.
• Develop clinic leadership capability and accountability.
• Ensure readiness for new clinic openings and go-live success.
• Manage regional KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance.
• Coordinate with central teams and cross-functional partners.
• Build cross-functional alignment for unified member experience.
